In this episode, we do a case study of a typical Les Mills Instructor and we discuss how we would coach this person to have great results. Case Study Below: A Les Mills instructor will teach 15-20 classes per week all at around 70%+ intensity. They will often do 2-3 classes in a row, teaching 7 days a week. They will suffer from constant tiredness, fatigue aches and pains. They will not train in the gym due to the class volume. They need to teach all these classes as its the only source of income. Sleep patterns will also be affected due to some mornings with early morning classes and some without.
