Today we wanted to chat about being happy for your pals... sometimes in life events come up in your friends lives and it can make you feel down or insecure in comparison, yet you are expected to be over the moon. Likewise you can feel like you are succeeding in your relationship, career and personal life but there is one friend who cannot seem to be happy for you. Are we ever really happy for our friends, and if not, how can we practice this more effectively?
