Like Attracts Like Podcast

I found that through 2 very significant periods of my life I was looking for the answers to the reason that I was creating what I was living .. why I was overdoing it... "under" doing it... and eventually not doing much of anything at all..  I started chasing the healing that I needed in two very specific ways... The first was to achieve and to compete and to get my body in a place where I felt good about myself...   But I didn't feel good about myself... So once I achieved my goals physically or competitively ... I had received what it was that I said I wanted,... In shape .. look decent.. going through the motions of what healthy healing Pat would look like .. .But I was still miserable ...  So that didn't do it ... Now.... I'll dive into the stuff I like...  Spirituality.. the unanswered questions.. the unanswerable questions.. and dissecting the mind to come up with all of the tools and mindful techniques and spiritual understanding to fix me !! ....  But no.....  That alone did not contain any long term
