It's amazing what can happen when we take the time to actually listen to what we tell ourselves about what is going on moment by moment in our life..  Most of the narrative we believe or accept without even giving it a second thought.... see what I did there : )   Giving it a second thought...  taking the time to challenge the initial story.. or belief.  Tracing it back to the introduction of that statement or phrase in your world... where did it come from.. why... how long ago,...??
