I'm interested in all kinds of ways that I can care for my mental and emotional wellbeing. Because I don't know about you, but I've found that there's no *one thing* that eases feelings of anxiety and overwhelm every time. So there are a few things in heavy rotation on this path: yoga, meditation, sleep, lots of water and tea, and self-compassion. Self-compassion consistently helps. No matter what else I'm up to, if I can bring self-compassion along for the ride, things are bound to go smoother and I'm more likely to find that flow with life rather than finding myself at odds with the reality around me.
