Suffering is not a word that many dare take a deeper look at .. It was a word that I identified as part of " who I was " as a person... It wasn't just that I had experienced some situations in my life that I suffered with or through ...   I created an identity out of it ... a blanket statement that said " I was someone who suffers " ...    Not only was it who I said I was...  I needed to keep telling the story of previous suffering situations.. and also let everyone know what the current view of suffering I was experiencing .. and how I was "powering" through...  What this did was create a system of finding " love " .. and caring from those who I believed viewed me in this way. ( who knows what they actually viewed that as lol )  But in my reality the viewed me in a certain way and gave me "love"...  There was a time where I'd had enough of that story and wanted to change it ... But Now to break these loops and patterns of getting love this way ... of writing a new story... requires me to not only trust a pro
