Andrew Martino owner of GHOST TRUCK KITCHEN steps into the NoPixAfterDark Podcast this week Day of Giving is every Tuesday at his restaurant in Jersey City, New Jersey.  He gives back to community by preparing meals for Health Care workers in the area. These meals that he has prepared are  jerk chicken wings, fried rice, tofu and vegetarian options all freshly washed  prepared. His is the only person in the kitchen that day cooking.
