Journey From Good To Great..the Immigrant Chronicles

Still having a little trouble trying to find my rhythm and adapting  while in Phoenix and to make things worse, I happened to get sick for a few days— which now days is not a light issue with COVID breathing down our neck.  Took a week off from fitness but continued with the horse riding lessons. Additionally, family time has turn to comfort and procrastination so having a tough time staying proactive.
