Dave wanted the title to be Nature and/or nurture, but when listening back to the audio, I realized the conversation took more of an exciting twist than I thought. This episode is an open conversation on coaching and teaching styles. Through our own experiences as coaches, players, and instructors, the observations made by us have led us to conclude that there's a balance in managing players. The characteristics, backgrounds, and belief systems of a team starting can be wildly different.
