I am so grateful for you guys its ridiculous!!   Your messages about the "swamp of hope" references were Amazing !! lol.   I know some of you wanted me to elaborate more on how we are first aware of the old patterns ... and then we are aware that we need to make new choices ... and then we use that awareness to make new choices for a decent amount of time.... Then......  WE BECOME "AWARE"... that there doesn't seem to be much progress.... That this new life style and choice making hasn't led to the rewards we thought...  ( Or that the ego thought ).....   and we become more susceptible to sinking down into the old way of thinking .. and our old vibration ...    So......  We must become aware..... that we are aware of this .....   Now we are getting deep.... lol. but it is where the most important and powerful shifts take place ...  MUCH LOVE TODAY  !!!  Likeattractslike11.com
