There are a few parts to this conscious awakening or evolution that I make sure that I keep close to my heart and my attention.. Sometimes it is possible to drift in thought and allow random patterns of thinking and emotion to flood our experience in the moment and from this frequency we can find ourselves believing the things we are thinking without questioning their validity ... Without asking further questions... Realizing how the inner game is played and how we observe and then participate with our choices can truly help create an outer world that reflects our true intentions... Intentions that have been considered.. and questioned ... and evaluated to see if what we are saying is what we actually WANT to say ..  In many cases it isn't at ALL what we want to say !! But the conversations go unchecked ...
