Today we just take second to consciously tell our minds how we want things to go... Allowing permission to let our minds find 4 things that worked out today.. or that we were grateful for .. Making a mental and conscious note of it when they do... ( No matter how "small" we think it is .) and then before we hit the bed at night... writing these things down .. and acknowledging them in a very conscious way,..  This will give our minds something to focus on as we shift into the deeper waves of consciousness during sleep states ..  Not only has this helped the mind that used to race for hours before I would actually pass out .. but I feel that it also helps as I wake up in the morning ..  My set point is higher as I start my day..  Repeating this process will only take moments during each day .. But the results will last throughout the following days until the mind takes over this process without you.. Showing you all things that you WANT to see... and now believe you are worthy of seeing ... YOU begin to write
