Nailed it! Kicked off season two with best fried rice ever. Moist. Savory. Delicious. Gone. Believe it or not, I lost sleep over this dish. Was so intimidated and over thinking recipe. Knew what flavors I wanted, but was sure if I was going about it with right ingredients. In the end, nailed it. Can’t wait to make it again. Season two will have nine (9) episodes. One down.
