Gala Supper Buffet Menu:-Baked catfish fillets, seasoned with white wine, lemon juice, cilantro, butter, and garlic. -Hand-strained noodles with shrimp and red sauce. -Grilled Behrenese sausage with sauerkraut. -Fresh-baked bread(sourdough, whole wheat, Valentinan rolls). -Unrefined silicates of various families(quartz, topaz, serpentine) for Miss Fantastic and her entourage. -A suckling pig, to keep up appearances. -Diced and skewered fruit from our friends in Walden. This is a supper, Marian, so keep the drinks easy; champagne, ciders, light ales. At the same time, don't be stingy; make sure that any hand without a drink in it is given the option otherwise.
