My true release from the "in the moment" attachment to suffering was when I finally said to myself... " I don't care what did IT anymore ....  I want to know what IT did" ...   I realized that loop after loop after loop ..  I tried to resolve and reason my way to healing ... trying to find the answer inside of my story ... It was this PERSONS fault... or This HAPPENED to me...  and " Made Me Feel" THIS way...  So,... Since I don't want to feel this way anymore ... I must need to ONLY change the person I'm with...  or leave this place ...  or change "jobs"...  That will fix it !!!  lol ....  Then all of the sudden... after who knows how long ( It will vary inside of every loop )...    The same thing would happen... A different way ... But the FEELING seemed to absolutely FEEL the same ...   It is because that feeling references your Shadow Self...
