I was going to wait to post this episode tomorrow.. But I feel it will be of more value now...   So...... We just finished our journaling and scripting workshop last week... and the focus of much of October was just that ... Journaling and uncovering the stories that have been keeping so many from understanding why they are experiencing what they are experiencing .. much of this work is Shadow work... the parts of us that we have been denying .. or pushing down / blocking .. coming to the surface ... and then in time eventually we will be shown that reality in our physical world with another attempt to make NEW CHOICES through those experiences .... the difference in these choices will be that they will align with love .. and trust instead of fear and doubt...  It must be in this order for it to have any meaning .. It must be in this order for it to actual prove to you.. and this Universe that you are actually ready to live in a world where you don't create from that energetic frequency ...  This can cause mu
