Attempting to control fearful or uncomfortable situations is so natural. However, control is an illusion. Every one of us is, truthfully, not in control of our life or our circumstances. Surrendering the illusion of control does not mean 'giving up' -- it means beginning a paradoxical way of thinking and perceiving.
