A storm is brewing in Rhode Island high School. . A group of students are planning a boycott from school without Sports and arts programs. The R.I. Governor plans to reject a plan from state superintendents for hybird Schooling 2 days on 3 days of home school. Teachers with a bunch of what Ifs.
