There's nothing like voicing leaders around us who are doing a service to communities. Meet Big Pepe, a local 805 native, that began his work with clients in the private security sector , where he eventually began a non-profit organization called the The Pep Project. The Pep Project, was an idea he had in order to serve the immigrant youth of the 805. He is also the host of his webseries Pep Talk where he talks about food and fitness And in this episode, he shares his influence on starting this work and the process of building this non-profit to give to the community and he shares some of his story of how he was able to put it together.
