We often hold tight to things that no longer serve our greater good. We hold on to habits, behaviors and thoughts that clearly are not in our best interest. We also hold on to emotions that are better left alone. These things we hold onto are limiting our greater good, they are hindering our experience of living life to its fullest. They are preventing you from being the best you that you can be. Today we are talking about releasing those emotions that hold us back. We are Letting Go so we can Soar.
