We have always 'rated' our Uber drivers. In turn, they have always applied a rating to users. Up until now, the need for a high rating was all on the driver if they wanted to keep their job. That is still the case, however, now a 'below average' rating given to customers may end up with riders being banned from future use of the service. We'll discuss in this week's 'Off The Air' podcast
