Statistics is often misunderstood, according to our latest podcast guest Dr. Marie Diener-West, and is an extremely powerful tool--when used and interpreted correctly. Marie is a Professor at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health with dual appointments in Biostatistics and Ophthalmology. She is also the director of the Masters of Public Health Program at JHSPH and has won numerous awards for her teaching and mentoring skills.
