Katie Austin is an actor and film maker based in the bay area. Her directorial debut Aubergine is hitting the festival circuit this year, and we were thrilled  to discuss everything that led her to this exciting moment in her film career. She talked about going all in on pursuing her dream, and having to dial it back a little bit when her livelihood was at stake.
