I realized much later in my journey about how important it was to understand the meanings of both of these powerful words... Perspective .. and Perception ...    I had to make a special agreement with myself ... This was sketchy because for most of my life I did NOT have a wonderful relationship with the character that I had created..  So to trust myself to uphold an agreement or a promise that I had made to my "self" was risk IN itself,.. lol.  I never valued myself enough to care if I kept my promise to me or anyone else in my past ..  But this promise would be different ,... I had now understood something that I couldn't argue any longer ,... Even though my suffering and struggling side didn't like to hear it ...  I had been telling a sad story for a long time ... Knowing that there were answers out there if I looked ... But refusing to look... almost not wanting the answers to be given to me because then I couldn't live this victim story anymore .... and as "not great" as it was ... It was a comfortable n
