On this Gratitude:UnFiltered, the Personal Testimony of Rebeccas Troyer aka Becka Hope… Rebecca Troyer was born and raised by her Amish parents on a farm in Michigan. When she was 17 years old she ran away, leaving behind everything and everyone she had ever known and moves 100’s of miles away with only a few dollars in her pocket and the clothes on her back with no guarantee of survival. Depression, addiction, and battles with suicide had unknowingly been ruling her life since she was 8 years old. At 18 years old Rebecca found herself in a place of mere destruction and brokenness that nearly took her life. Having no place else left to turn she finally chose to turned to the only one that hadn’t left her from the beginning, Jesus Christ. Recognizing that the only reason she is still alive today is because of God, Rebecca made a commitment to God that she would let Him lead her to the destiny he has waiting for her.
