Not only does it leadto skyrocketing housing costs, but a smaller tax base, underutilization of space, andgreenhouse gases contributing to climate change.We also talk a bit about the YIMBY (Yes, In My Back Yard) movement, and how ittakes concerned citizens to help shape government policy.
