This woman is the Clown of the Day & facing several criminal charges for stealing a hospital patient’s credit card and racking up thousands of dollars in purchases while he was in the ICU. 54-year-old Charlotte Jackson stole the credit card from Harry Meadows, a patient who was unconscious in the Intensive Care Unit at Excela Westmoreland Hospital in Pittsburgh when the theft happened. She proceeded to rack up $4,000 worth of charges on the card!
