A Florida mayor is the Clown of the Day after trying to get a woman to have sex with him in exchange for some speed bumps! A woman filed a complaint with the Florida Commission on Ethics claiming the town’s mayor David Stewart said if she had sex with him he would make sure her neighborhood would receive speed bumps to slow speeding traffic down!Catherine Padilla also said Stewart drove her to a motel, about three years ago, after they had lunch and wanted to go into a room with her, but she said that she declined the offer, and stayed in the car.Stewart claims that Padilla’s claims are false.
