Someone at this daycare is the "Clown of the Day!"The State of Washington is investigating a the Washington State Daycare Center after 2 mothers claim that the daycare waxed their toddler's eyebrows!Alyssa Salgado and Glenda Maria Cruz say they dropped their children off Thursday morning, and when they picked them up they noticed a red, splotchy patch between their eyebrows where hair used to be.
