Gary Metivier's latest Heart of the Story features Buffalo Police Chief T.J. Behning. Behning was seriously injured when he was hit by a driver in a stolen garbage truck during a high-speed chase in September 2017. As part of WOC's special programming over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, you can hear Gary's "Heart of the Story" this Friday morning at 7:30! Gary joined AM Quad Cities!
