Woc Am Quad Cities

You're invited to join River Action this Saturday at 8 a.m. for their annual Taming of the Slough Triathlon to paddle, mountain bike and run your way to the top! You will kayak or canoe the Sylvan Slough, then through mountain bike trails on Sylvan Island and finish with a two-mile run along the Arsenal Island riverfront!
