Iowa U.S. Senator Joni Ernst joined AM Quad Cities. Senator Ernst is doing her 99-county tour again this year, and mentioned what is on the mind of Iowans at her town halls in those counties. Also, Senator Ernst has introduced legislation to help with incentives and promotion in wind energy jobs and development. Senator Ernst comments on the EPA's decision in regards to 31 small refinery exemptions and 6 denial applications.
