Cassandra Cleaveland was told last summer her son Gus was not allowed to use his flotation device at Whitewater Junction in Rock Island, even though it's Coast Guard-approved. She has since filed a federal lawsuit against the City of Rock Island. Cassandra joined AM Quad Cities with an update on where things stand with the issue.
