Iowa State Representative Andy McKean announced this week he's switching from the Republican to the Democratic Party. In this Deibertribe, Dan says he can understand someone saying they don't feel at home in either party and becoming an independent. What Dan doesn't understand is switching to a party that doesn't just have a little difference with your old party, but is hugely opposed to it.
