Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds joined AM Quad Cities. Governor Reynolds is working with the governors of Nebraska and Missouri on developing better managing of the Missouri River by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, following the devastating flooding in recent weeks. Governor Reynolds also says she'll continue to work on amending the Iowa Constitution that would restore the voting rights of felons.
