Jennifer Struble Russell has worked with Illinois State Representative Daniel Swanson to get the "Lauryn Russell Lyme Disease Prevention and Protection Law" passed and most recently joined forces to get House Bill 889 passed which would mandate insurance coverage for long-term antibiotic therapy for a person with a tick-borne disease. Jennifer's daughter, Lauryn, has Lyme Disease and has founded Spotlight on Lyme QCA to help those impacted by the disease. Jennifer and Representative Swanson joined AM Quad Cities.
