Iowa U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley joined AM Quad Cities. The USDA has no policy to compensate farmers for damaged crops in storage. Millions of bushels of grain in storage bins in western Iowa have been damaged by recent flooding. Senator Grassley wants to make sure those farmers don't eat those losses.
