Woc Am Quad Cities

The National Weather Service says there will be flooding in the Quad Cities. Flood insurance isn't something that's typically included with homeowners or renters insurance. David Maurstad, Deputy Associate Administrator for Insurance and Mitigation for FEMA, joined AM Quad Cities to encourage purchasing flood insurance with a reminder that there's a 30-day waiting period before the policy becomes active.
