Woc Am Quad Cities

A Bettendorf man was charged nearly $3,000 after his truck slid off I-74 near the John Deere Road exit and became stuck. The truck was removed and towed by a Geneseo towing company. Illinois State Trooper Jason Wilson joined AM Quad Cities to explain the state statute and policies that's in place when it comes to removing stalled and stuck vehicles along highways.
