Woc Am Quad Cities

Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds joined AM Quad Cities. Governor Reynolds says one of the biggest problems facing the state is not having enough people to fill all of the jobs that are available; Iowa has the lowest unemployment rate in the United States. In relation to that, another challenge is retaining people from leaving for other states for jobs. Governor Reynolds explains how she plans to lower taxes while increasing spending for education.
