Woc Am Quad Cities

Mr. T.J. Schneckloth, Interim Superintendent for the Davenport Community School District, joined AM Quad Cities. Mr. Schneckloth was asked if there was any warning former superintendent, Dr. Tate, would retire as soon as he did. Superintendent Schneckloth was asked to explain where things are at in regards to allegations from the Iowa Department of Education for violating special education plans, and the disproportionate number of minority students in special education. Superintendent Schneckloth also explains the school district's response to the Dollar General shooting and how the alleged 17-year old shooter ended up inside the school.
