Today I received an email from yelp telling me they want me to participate in their anti-discrimination program, and if I do they will put a note by my name, if I don't they will put a symbol showing I have not complied. Now, I am in compliance with all federal and state laws that are mandated that I comply with when it comes to discrimination, harassments, etc. Now Yelp is trying to tell me what to do on how to train my people, or they will put a mark by your name.
