There are many other podcasts before me that have been making waves with spotlighting women in the forefront in filmmaking. I stumbled upon a The Femme Regard Podcast with Tessa Markle and Carolina Alvarez when reading one of my podcast newsletters from Pod Movement. I was so surprised they highlighted a podcast in film! I reached out immediately! They were too cool and humble! Today they are going to talk a bit about their mission as a film production company to tell stories from the female gaze and put more women behind the camera.
