While living in New York City she met Kanye West and became a marketing assistant as he released his critically acclaimed album entitled 'The College Dropout'. She then connected with Diddy and appeared on his hit MTV show "Making The Band" as a songwriter. This led her to sign to Universal Music Publishing. In 2016, her success led her to be recruited by Troy Carter to be Spotify’s as the Global Head of Songwriter Relations and launched the Secret Genius program which provided resources and spotlighted songwriters through award shows, recording sessions and songwriting camps globally.  Today, Tiffany will share her new venture into running her music services agency, Beat House in LA.
