Too many people didn’t understand what they were talking about. The question was about what sets them apart from the competition, but the answer couldn’t be quality since that’s everyone’s go-to answer. Some of these answers were rooted in ego, and not about quality – or that they didn’t have “any competition.” But, they missed the entire point of the post. But, this isn’t true. Your competition is mostly asleep at the wheel and they think they are crushing it – but just aren’t. It’s about how you separate yourself before the transaction has taken place.
