Episode 272: Are You In First Place? I’m sitting in my car driving to my son’s field day! And as I’m sitting here I’m thinking all about kids and life. I am working on teaching my kids that when you put your mind to something, you can get what you want. But, without a guarantee, sometimes this can create fear. When you win, the fear goes away. Just do the stuff and it should work. It’s just a system. They always work when they are done in the correct order with the correct understanding. Take my other son, for example, he was doing sprints and running back and forth on our 1,200 ft driveway. He wanted to bad to win the race during his field day. Well, he won first place! He put his mind to what he wanted and he succeeded! I love to celebrate when others win, especially my kids! You need to realize how important it is to create wins for yourself.
