It’s time for every parent in the districts testing to ask the following questions: 1. Who is paying for this testing (what a cash cow huh?) 2. Why are we requiring our district to test, putting added stress on our students, when other districts have chosen not to? 3. Where is the efficacy efficiency OR fairness when one team is testing and plays another which is not? 4.
