Jay Nichols finally records a podcast episode in which he looks back on his life in 2014 in order to explain why it took him so long to record which also happens to fall on the date of the 2nd anniversary of his podcast AND the 4th anniversary of his relationship with his life partner. JN also addresses why he is boycotting Whole Foods due to what happened to a close friend of his recently. He also tries to explain what happened to him regarding his legal battle while trying to not violate his gag order. So, he uses the Geoff Tate Vs. Queensryche legal case as an example. He also talks about why he feels that the whole cyber attack involving the Sony film, "The Interview", was a "War Of The Worlds" type of publicity stunt and why people need to get over the Oscar snub regarding the film, "Selma".
