We’re baaaaackkk! Ugh, we’ll be the first to admit: 2018, not the best year. We both struggled to take proper care of ourselves and due to that the podcast fell by the waist side. But now we’re back, energized and ready to kill it. Last year was heart-healing and this year is all about crushing goals.
