Netflix is doubling down on their anime offerings and I was able to check out Pacific Rim: The Black. Pacific Rim was a movie I enjoyed way back in 2013 it had giant monsters (kaiju), giant robots and special effects that looked good on a big movie screen and on my home theater system. They followed up with Pacific Rim: Uprising, this sequel was dare I say it If you are looking for an Oscar winning performance by the actors in this story don’t this is the type of non-stop action and mindless fun you need to pass time on a weekend.
